Suburban night

Standing out in the middle of a freezing cold field, in the dark, surrounded by fog, with a camera, tripod, cable release and some seriously beautiful film, making exposures that last minutes and in the meantime just looking and listening, trying and failing to keep warm.

I heartily recommend it.

Culture Night is the best, but the Atlantaquarium - free for the day and full of incredibly excited kids and adults at ten o'clock in the evening - is the best.
