Mark it down




















These festive roadmarks appeared on the street outside my flat this week. Dodging traffic, inquisitive looks from passers-by. One man asked what they were, no idea I said. Colours highlighting the texture of the road, maybe? Artistic scrawls by an obsessive savant, or a map of underground points of interest for the upcoming Festival of Tunnels? Crude guidance for low-orbit ballistics, or urban orienteering signposts.
Road works, anyway.

Literally Unseen Waterford City

I lost my glasses last month (jungle tip: don't keep glasses in yr pocket while cycling) and was without any for a few days. I developed a perma-squint, and (eventually) an appreciation for a permanently fuzzy outlook.
